An established business trading for over 12 years, Prestige Commercial Cleaning approached us in 2022 in their quest to move accountants. Award-winning and ethical B-Corp independent jeweller EC One specialises in handmade wedding and engagement rings. The husband-and-wife team behind this well-known London-based business have been clients of ours for over 20 years. We have been with them since they started, through periods of rapid expansion, and some more difficult times. We have helped them adapt and develop their accounting systems, processes, and controls to meet their objectives. They have embraced Xero and its intuitive nature – with training from our team, they are able to undertake much of the accounts processing themselves.

Whilst they manage the book-keeping in-house, we provide monthly payroll and workplace pension processing services. This involves advising all new employees of their workplace pension rights, applying the correct pension deductions, making the required submissions to the pension scheme, and ensuring the company is compliant with The Pension Regulator. EC One take advantage of the full suite of services we offer, including overseeing the quarterly VAT reporting, preparing the company’s year-end Financial Statements and Corporation Tax Return, and preparing the director’s Self-Assessment Tax Returns.
